I'm Sharad, currently in Luxembourg and moving back to Lyon soon, while wrapping up an internship at Amazon this coming week. I'm interested in what happens when product thinking, data, design, and AI meet a problem that refuses to stay tidy.

What I work on

This year has put two kinds of building side by side: learning inside a large organisation at Amazon, and making independent products where every decision is mine to own. BasketMap is the first one published here: a grocery comparison tool built around real observations, incomplete coverage, and the belief that useful products should be honest about what they do not know.

What I care about

I like clear thinking, traceable evidence, useful interfaces, and people who are honest about the trade-off. I am far more interested in making the hard part understandable than polishing a demo until the hard part disappears.

Most of the evidence lives in the work. The code for public projects is on GitHub; the lessons, detours, and unfinished questions will gradually make their way here.
